Returns Policy


STANDARD RETURNS 

Our standard return policy covers free-prepaid shipping if the ORDER IS DEEMED OUR FAULT, to avoid high priced shipping rates and printing labels for our customers, the way we are able keep your prices low is through a 20% restocking fee for all items returned. 

  •  All Items returned are subject to 20% restocking fee
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return
  • Items need to be in original packaging
  • Items should have the original labels and stickers
  • Items may not show any physical damage or signs of installation
  • Items may not exceed 120 days from the date received by currier
  • All returns are subjected to a visual inspection
  • Special Orders may not exceed 60 days from date received by currier

NON-RETURNABLE

  • Any used items are considered non-returnable
  • Items that are electrical parts are not refundable or returnable
  • Items that are VIN coded, control modules or units etc. 
  • BMW Special tools 
  • Items that have been painted, paints, or installed 
  • Items that have been modified to fit
  •  HAZMAT items (airbags, batteries, seat belts/tensioner) 
  • Software, updates, or navigational systems 
  • Hardware: nuts, bolts, and screws etc. 
  • Items that are SMG packages or kits lifestyle  

DAMAGED RETURNS

Sometimes Items get damaged along the way, we get it. We are here to help resolve issues that may arise along the way. Items that are received damaged are deemed valid for returns. Please make sure to email us at info@bestbmwparts.com if you have received a damaged item. It is important to report any damaged items within 48 hours from the time received along with photos of the damaged item along with photos of the package. This will allow us to properly process an RMA for your return. Please note that damaged Items that exceed 48 hours are not eligible for returns. 

  • An RMA request within 48 hours of receiving the part
  • Photos are needed to verify damaged items & packaging
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return

WRONG ITEM RETURNS

Please email us at info@bestbmwparts.com if you have received a wrong item, we will verify your order and request the following. A Photo are needed to verify the items were wrongfully sent. We will also ask you to send photos of your receipt and the items. Once we have processed this information, we will issue you a FREE return slip along with instructions for shipping the item back. Any Items that exceed 48 hours are not eligible for returns. 

  • An RMA request within 48 hours of receiving the part.
  • Photo is needed to verify wrong items
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.

Core Return Policy

We accept any returns that are within 120 days of delivery date excluding items listed in non-returnable section. If there is an item you would like to return, please verify that it is in the original & resalable condition. The items should not have any physical damage or visual signs of installation. All parts returned are inspected by our RMA department, parts should be complete included in the original packaging along with proof or purchase. This includes the original BMW barcodes, stickers, or labels. This will allow us verify your purchase and allow us to restock the item sent back BMW. Please keep in mind we do reserve the right to refuse any returned part or parts we find have been installed, used or do not meet the above criteria.
