Shipping Policy

We have several options that you may upgrade:
Overnight and Expedited shipping options are available at competitive rates. Some items that are not in stock are sourced as
expedited items, meaning they will be processed the same day. If an item is backordered, coming from Germany it will
be processed the same business day that your order was placed. It will not arrive to us expedited or overnight to ship to your
location until we receive it. This process can take up to 60 days, not all orders take 60 days. Some orders take 15 - 20 days
to receive but we want to make sure your requests are not ignored or overpaid for unnecessary shipping costs. Since every order
is different we will reach out and update you on it's progress. At this point overnight and expedited will be used to get the item
to you earlier than declared.
Can you track your status?
Yes , we can check on your status for but it's based on an ETA since all order can differ.
Oversized items & Freight shipping options:
All items that are large like windshields, bumpers , wheels, and tiers are considered oversized. Basically anything that exceeds a
size that is not available to be shipped by mail would be categorized as oversized and need to be shipped as freight class. We are
happy to ship these oversized items but they are not eligible for free or expedited shipping. They all will follow ground transit times
shown in the map above. There are times where UPS or other carriers will contact customers to schedule an appointment to deliver large
items, please make sure that your contact information is up to date and accurate. There is a 125.00 re-delivery fee if you miss your
original appointment you have set up with the carrier. Please be accurate when it comes to delivery times and location!
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories
Sorry, We do not ship internationally. if your order is placed in these locations we are currently not set up with our carriers to ship there yet.
This does not mean we won't have this feature in the future.

OTHER SHIPPING INFO:

In stock orders placed Monday - Friday by 12:30 PM will shipped same day unless it's a holiday.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 10-15 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 1-3 working days.
Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
We do not ship internationally.
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
We do not ship COD orders.
